Chinnakallar Dam or Valparai Dam

ChinnaKallar Dam:

Chinnakallar estate is located around 13.6 km away from Valparai. We can reach Chinna kallar via Cinkona estate. Another alternate way to reach Chinna Kallar dam  from Valparai through Sholayar estate and in the middle of way you will reach Eeiteyar estate and from there through c Cinkona Estate you can reach dam by 41 minutes and its about 17.2 kilometers away from Valparai. Chinnakallar dam view is excellent from the day time, because its lie inside the deep forest, around 6’0 clock of evening this will become dark as night and  Chinakallar dam is a small dam compared to Sholayar dam, but it’s a different experience to watch in day time. The dam is built in between the forest and its source of the water is from the surrounding mountains.
